Why families choose BPA childcare

Parents want simple things:
• a safe place
• kind people
• good communication
• healthy food
• learning through play

They also want trust. They want stability. They want to feel welcome the second they walk in.

This is what BPA gives you every day.

Care for every age and stage

We welcome children from 6 weeks to school age.
Each room is calm, safe, and designed for your child’s stage of development.

Babies (6 weeks to 2 years)

  • gentle routines
  • warm, close relationships
  • soft, quiet spaces
  • safe sleep practices
  • sensory play
  • full support during feeding, bottles, and rest

Your baby is held, comforted, and cared for by familiar educators who know their cues, their cries, and their needs.

Toddlers (2 to 3 years)

  • active play
  • simple choices
  • messy play, art, and early language
  • movement, climbing, exploring
  • shared meals
  • early friendships

Toddlers learn best when they can explore safely. Our rooms give them space to move, try, and gain confidence.

  • problem-solving and creative thinking
  • group time
  • outdoor discovery
  • school readiness skills
  • warm guidance from educators

These experiences help your child feel calm, capable, and ready for Prep.

Fresh, healthy meals cooked onsite

Children enjoy warm, healthy food prepared daily by our own cooks and chefs.
Meals are balanced, child-friendly, and included in your fees.

Our cooks know the children.
They know what they like, what they are trying, and how to support new foods gently.

Routines that help children feel safe

Children feel calm when they know what comes next.

Our daily rhythm includes:

  • play
  • meals
  • rest and sleep
  • quiet time
  • outdoor play
  • group time

These simple patterns help your child settle into child care with confidence.

Learning through play

Children learn most when they are happy, curious, and able to explore.

At BPA your child will:

  • build language through stories and conversations
  • learn early numeracy through sorting, counting, and building
  • explore nature
  • develop social skills
  • create with art, music, and imagination
  • build confidence and independence

Play is not “just play.”

It is how your child learns about the world.

Learning environments

Our rooms and yards are designed to help children thrive.

A place where all families belong

Many BPA families speak more than one language.
We welcome every culture, every background, and every ability.

We use simple English, visuals, and calm communication so families always feel supported.
You never need to feel unsure.
You belong here.

Educators you can trust

Many BPA educators have been with us for 10 years or more.
This gives your child stable relationships and a sense of security.

Our educators:

  • get to know your child and your family
  • use warm, responsive care
  • understand routines, sleep, feeding, and comfort
  • support learning through play
  • work closely with families every day

Your child will be known, seen, and cared for.

Support for children with extra needs

If your child needs extra help, we work with:

  • families
  • therapists
  • health professionals
  • early intervention services

Together, we build a plan that supports your child’s learning and wellbeing.

You are never alone.

Not-for-profit means children come first

BPA is a not-for-profit.
We put children, families, and educators before profits.

This means:

  • quality care
  • stable staffing
  • reinvestment into centres
  • better outcomes for children

Fees and Child Care Subsidy

We help families understand fees and the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) in clear, simple steps.

Most families pay reduced fees, and we guide you through what support you may be eligible for — including upcoming changes.

The 3 Day Guarantee (from January 2026)

From January 2026, families will be guaranteed at least three days of subsidised early learning per week (72 hours per fortnight), regardless of activity levels.

This means:

  • More affordable early learning for more families

  • Greater consistency and routine for children

  • Clearer, fairer access to care

If you are already eligible for CCS, you may still be entitled to more subsidised hours, depending on your circumstances.

We make it easy

You do not need to understand the full system.
We will:

  • explain what the 3 Day Guarantee means for your family

  • help you understand your out-of-pocket costs

  • support you through the enrolment and CCS process

We keep things fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

  • unsure about communication

  • stressed by daily routines

  • worried their child isn’t getting the support they need

At BPA, we focus on consistency, care, and strong relationships.
So children feel safe.
And families feel confident and supported.
