A pathway into paid work

Many of our trainees, educators, and teachers started as BPA placement students.
If you enjoy your placement and a vacancy becomes available, you may be invited to apply for a paid role.

Supported through trusted partnerships

We work with training organisations such as Y Careers to support student placements and traineeships in early childhood education.
These partnerships help ensure students receive the right guidance, structure, and support during their learning journey.

You do not need to be enrolled through a specific provider to apply for a placement with BPA.
